Natural Spring Fleur de Sel

We get this salt after a slow evaporation process with a southerly or very gentle wind. It comes from the first crystallisation and involves harvesting the small crystals floating on the surface of the salt beds with great care and patience. Due to its slow evaporation, it is harvested either first thing in the morning or late in the day. Ancestral Natural Spring Fleur de Sel is especially rich in magnesium and potassium
It’s the perfect finishing touch for dishes as its delicate crystals dissolve and uniformly blend into any food or ingredient, giving the flavours the boost they need.
