Traditional Natural Spring Salt
To produce this salt, we need a northeasterly wind blowing in moderate gusts. It’s necessary to remove the salt deposited at the bottom of the salt beds several times. We could therefore say that it’s “slow cooked”, forming heterogeneous crystals of different sizes which are especially rich in calcium. This is salt for everyday use: perfect for seasoning all kinds of food: stews, sauces, creams, bakes, etc.
Traditional Natural Spring Salt – 300g
For its packaging, we use a novel material made from potato starch, making it compostable and biodegradable. In this way, the salt does not come into contact with any plastic.
