Its irregular crystals, of varying sizes, are especially rich in calcium. It is an essential everyday salt, ideal for enhancing the flavor of broths, sauces, creams, and baked goods.

Me parece una sal muy fina y con gusto. He probado otras naturales como sal celtica que es un poco mas gordita y se humedece más que esta. La céltica no le gustaba a mi mujer y esta mas fina le encanta.
