Cubes of salt crystallised naturally in the sun on days of intense heat and a northerly wind with strong gusts that agitate the water and favour the formation of small crystals with pronounced edges. Their firm texture and mineral balance make them particularly rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium. They dissolve easily and add a smooth and harmonious flavour.
