Formed by a natural process that requires the constant breeze of the north-easterly wind and the patient work of stirring the crystals in the bottom of the salt pans. It appears as heterogeneous crystals, of different sizes, with a particularly high calcium content. The essential salt for everyday life, perfect for stews, sauces, soups and roasts.
