Fine and fragile crystals that are formed via a slow evaporation process under the gentle southerly wind. Harvested first thing in the morning or at the end of the day with utmost care and patience on the surface of the salt pans. This salt is particularly rich in magnesium and potassium. It dissolves gently onto food, adding a delicate finish and enhancing the flavour of every ingredient.

Available in 150 g paperboard box and a biodegradable bag inside, or in a 1500 g bag format.
