Spring Salt Flakes

Our most precious product. Fine flakes of spring salt, collected by hand. This flaky texture is achieved after slow evaporation, typical of not very hot days and with a certain amount of ambient humidity. With a south wind or a very light wind, the scales are carefully collected when they have precipitated to the bottom of the beds. The collection must be precise so as not to break the scales. Its mineral balance is perfect, especially rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Its format allows you to spread them directly with your fingers, enhancing the flavor of any dish with a delicate and natural touch.  It is the ideal salt for finishing dishes that require, in addition to a touch of flavor, an added visual element. Because they are easy to melt, they enhance the flavors appropriately. Perfect for fish, meats, foies, etc.
