American dark chocolate cookies with salt flakes.
We all know that the combination of chocolate and salt is a delicacy and, when in the form of typical American cookies, crunchy on the outside and soft like a brownie on the inside, you won’t be able to resist.
Ingredients:
- 30 g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1/2 sachet yeast
- Dark chocolate chunks (chopped to taste)
- 30 g cacao powder
- Sal Ancestral salt flakes
Method:
- Whisk the brown sugar and egg until mixed thoroughly
- Now add the flour, cocoa powder and yeast to the mixture using a sieve.
- Mix thoroughly and add the melted butter.
- Mix again and add the chunks of dark chocolate.
- Shape into balls and place them on an oven tray lined with grease-proof paper
- Bake the cookies for 12 minutes at 180 degrees
- Remove from the oven and add the Sal Ancestral salt flakes on top.
